Ashley uses a gentle yet effective approach to treating your baby. She incorporates many manual interventions including myofascial release, craniosacral techniques, trigger point release, total motion release techniques, neonatal massage, and gentle stretching to improve your baby’s alignment and posture while reducing tension.

She understands the importance of mobility and utilizes techniques to facilitate optimal movement and strength to enhance gross motor development.

Ashley makes it her priority to include and educate parents throughout the sessions. By empowering the parents to learn about their baby’s needs she sees improved outcomes.

Many babies develop tension or restricted movement while in utero, during the birthing process or in the early weeks after birth that can negatively impact their posture and development.

When addressed early, babies respond much quicker to treatment and the issues resolve more completely.

The goal of this visit is to screen your baby for any tension patterns or asymmetries in posture and movement that could have a negative impact on their future development.

Ashley will provide infant bodywork during this visit to help optimize relaxation and movement for a happier and more mobile baby!
