  • Physical Therapy Evaluation - $210.00 (60 minutes)

    Physical Therapy Treatment - $160.00 (60 minutes)

    Newborn Visits- $160. 00 (60 minutes)

    All in-home visits are subject to a $50 convenience fee.

    *Must have had a Physical Therapy Evaluation to schedule a Physical Therapy Treatment

    *Newborn Visits are for babies 0-8 weeks
